Working principle

1. Working principle: compressed air is fed into the rubber bottle ( syringe ) to press the rubber into the feed pipe connected with the piston chamber. When the piston is in the upstroke, the piston chamber is filled with rubber, and when the piston pushes down the rubber dropping needle, the rubber is pressed out from the needle nozzle. The amount of glue that drips is determined by the distance that the piston plunges down. It can be adjusted manually or controlled in software.

2. Features: High speed and low sensitivity to viscosity of adhesive.

3. Advantages: It can increase dispensing speed, improve dispensing environment and improve dispensing quality. By using air pressure and microprocessor-based timing device to adjust the amount of fluid applied to the components, the artificial guess of the operator is replaced.
